Building on your own lot: Infonavit Línea 3

If you are an Infonavit member and own a titled lot in your or your spouse's name, Línea 3 lets you finance the construction of your home with a registered builder. Balaya y Asociados is registered with the RUV and authorized by Infonavit, so we can build it with you.

What you need ready

• Prequalification in Mi Cuenta Infonavit or with your bank.

• ID, proof of income and the documents the lender requires.

• If building on your lot: title registered with the Public Registry and free of liens.

• Design, budget and construction schedule, which we prepare for you.
