Carpentry is designed from the start
We integrate the kitchen, closets and walk-in closets from the schematic design, not at the end, so every piece fits the space exactly.
One team, start to finish
At Balaya y Asociados we combine design, construction and in-house carpentry: kitchens, closets and doors are made by Cocinas Balaya, our workshop in Querétaro (www.cocinasbalaya.com). We build with Novaceramic multi-perforated clay brick and, to date, none of our homes has had a structural failure.
