Our story: from Hacienda Las Trojes to Capital Sur

Balaya y Asociados was founded as a homebuilder in 2015, but our technical staff has many years of design and construction experience. One of our first projects was in the Hacienda Las Trojes residential community, at km 7 of the highway to Celaya in Querétaro, where we designed, built and sold homes.

How we have grown

Since then we have built home by home with the same method: buy land wisely, design carefully, build under supervision and deliver on time. That took us to communities such as Pedregal de Schoenstatt, Villas del Roble, Monte Real, Lucépolis and, today, Capital Sur and Rodanta in El Marqués.

What hasn't changed

• One team responsible for design, construction and delivery.

• Technical staff with many years of on-site experience.

• Multi-perforated clay brick walls in all our homes.

• In-house carpentry, which is now Cocinas Balaya.

• Direct relationships with our clients and investors.

Where we are heading

Today we keep building homes for sale and building on our clients' own lots, including with Infonavit Línea 3 financing, since we are registered with the RUV and authorized by Infonavit. We are also seeking larger projects with developers and investors who need a reliable builder in Querétaro.

One team, start to finish

At Balaya y Asociados we combine design, construction and in-house carpentry: kitchens, closets and doors are made by Cocinas Balaya, our workshop in Querétaro (www.cocinasbalaya.com). We build with Novaceramic multi-perforated clay brick and, to date, none of our homes has had a structural failure.
