House 81 in Monte Real, Querétaro, is one of the homes we designed and built from start to finish: design, construction and finishes were all handled by our team.

What this home is like

The upper-floor terrace is a good example of how we design: making the most of every meter of the lot to add extra outdoor space, with a built-in planter, without giving up the garage or the front garden.

A building system made to last

We build our walls with Novaceramic multi-perforated clay brick. Its air cells give it structural strength and act as insulation: the home stays cooler on hot afternoons, warmer on Querétaro's cool nights, and quieter from street noise. To date, none of the homes we have built has had a structural failure.

In-house carpentry

The kitchens, closets, walk-in closets and doors in our homes are designed and built by Cocinas Balaya, our own carpentry workshop in Querétaro. That lets us control the quality of every piece and the installation schedule without relying on third parties. See their work at www.cocinasbalaya.com.
