Homes we built: a home in Lucépolis, Querétaro

In Lucépolis, Querétaro, we designed and built this two-story home with a contemporary facade that combines a white volume with sand-tone cladding.

What this home is like

In this home the carpentry played a leading role: the kitchen, closets and doors were custom-made in our own workshop, so the wood finishes on the facade and inside the home speak the same language.

• Review of the lot and the community's building rules before design.

• Architectural design and structural calculations by our own team.

• Building permits with the corresponding municipality.

• Supervised construction with weekly progress and cost control.

• Finishes, installations and carpentry coordinated by the same team.

• Delivery of the finished home and after-sales support.

A building system made to last

We build our walls with Novaceramic multi-perforated clay brick. Its air cells give it structural strength and act as insulation: the home stays cooler on hot afternoons, warmer on Querétaro's cool nights, and quieter from street noise. To date, none of the homes we have built has had a structural failure.

In-house carpentry

The kitchens, closets, walk-in closets and doors in our homes are designed and built by Cocinas Balaya, our own carpentry workshop in Querétaro. That lets us control the quality of every piece and the installation schedule without relying on third parties. See their work at www.cocinasbalaya.com.
