How we help
At Balaya y Asociados, we help you with the design, budget, and construction of your home, in line with the requirements that apply to the program. We build in El Marqués, Querétaro, using Novaceramic multi-perforated clay brick for its structural, thermal, and acoustic performance. Kitchens, closets, and doors are made in-house by Cocinas Balaya, and we also fabricate our own windows and glass work.

The photos in this post show examples of the finishes we deliver in our homes.
