A home designed for vacation rental, too
The Chuburná and Progreso area has an active vacation-rental market, with high season in winter. If you want to rent the home when you're not using it, we design it with that in mind: bedrooms with their own bathroom, a pool, a rooftop terrace and low-maintenance spaces. We don't promise returns: they depend on the season, management and the market.
Buying from abroad
Ciudad Maderas Península is within Mexico's coastal restricted zone, where foreigners buy through a bank trust (fideicomiso) or a Mexican corporation. We recommend closing the purchase with a notary in Yucatán. We design and build; we do not provide legal, tax or immigration advice.
